Daniel has close to 20 years of experience helping US companies expand globally by establishing foreign entities, adopting global corporate compliance/maintenance programs with stellar technology support, and implementing global corporate projects. During his time as a Partner at both DLA Piper and Baker McKenzie in California, he advised small, medium and large private or public companies on a wide range of cross-border transactional matters. Now, as Principal at EY Law for Entity Compliance and Governance, he focuses on developing and helping to implement cost-efficient and streamlined international expansion and global corporate compliance programs for US multinationals. Daniel earned a JD from the University of Cologne in Germany and an LLM from the University of Georgia in Athens. He is admitted to the California State Bar.
