It has an intelligent process builder to create a performance management process of any complexity; a drag-and-drop interface for building evaluation forms, with options to rate performance by competencies (such as practice skills, management skills, client skills, organization-building skills) and performance factors (such as analysis and research, expertise, oral communication, writing). It also has an evaluation progress tracker and analytics, individual and organization-wide dashboards, and trend analysis.

Aderant acquired viGlobal in 2022.
