Docusign, a San Francisco-based publicly traded company known for its e-signature technology, acquired SpringCM in September 2018. SpringCM was initially founded in 2005, and its platform aims to streamline contract and document processes, providing solutions for various industries, including the legal sector. In future product generations, SpringCM will be Docusign CLM. As part of the larger Docusign Agreement Cloud, SpringCM enhances the ability to manage agreement processes digitally from end-to-end.
