PactSafe, now part of IronClad Clickwrap, is a contract acceptance platform for high-velocity businesses. It was founded in 2013 by attorney Brian Powers and is based in Indianapolis, Indiana. PactSafe helps B2B SaaS, e-commerce, and enterprise companies update online legal terms, track and process acceptance of those terms, and streamline internal contract processes. In 2021, Ironclad acquired PactSafe and added the Clickwrap Transaction Platform (CTP) to make enterprise clickwrap available to all Ironclad customers and the world.&nbsp;
