LexCheck

LexCheck

Overview

LexCheck integrates advanced AI technology to provide a streamlined solution for analyzing and editing contracts. The tool offers transparent insights into potentially problematic language, explaining the rationale behind each flagged term. It includes accurate redlining features that allow users to apply preferred language efficiently, ensuring consistency with organizational standards. The software supports rapid implementation by capturing preferred positions from uploaded templates, enabling faster contract reviews without sacrificing quality.  The platform also facilitates integrated workflows, allowing users to manage playbooks, update fallback language, and complete contract reviews entirely within Microsoft Word.

LexCheck has two tools available LexCheck Insights, a next-generation LLM contract review solution, and Co-Pilot, a contract drafting, reviewing, and editing assistant.

Key Features of LexCheck Insights:

  • Tailored to Your Negotiation Style: Customized to your preferred negotiating positions, resulting in comprehensive analyses and redlines directly within Microsoft Word that mirror how you actually negotiate.
  • Handles Any Document Type: Capable of reviewing complex, high-value contracts as well as simple agreements, ensuring versatility across legal and procurement workflows.

Key features of Copilot include:

  • Auto-proofreading: Common errors such as missing definitions and formatting inconsistencies are automatically surfaced.
  • Reviewing issues in line: Users are directed to issues that need to be addressed.
  • Suggested issue fixes: Recommended corrections are provided for issues found in the contract.
  • Mutualizing provisions: Any unilateral language is mutualized by generative AI.
  • Clause generation: Clauses can be generated on demand by AI.
  • Defined Terms List: Copilot provides a list of defined terms in a document and flags any issues.
  • Cross References List: The solution instantly creates a list of cross-references within the document and flags any issues.
