Legalvisio GmbH was founded in 2016 through a cooperation of Cologne law firm Wilde Beuger Solmecke (WBS) and HW Partners AG, a German investment company founded in 2002 that had previously developed Scopevisio, a cloud-based business process automation platform for medium-size business. Led by Christian Solmecke, WBS developed its own law firm software, which over the years has digitized more of the law firm's processes. Legalvisio thus combines the cloud software knowledge of HW Partners AG and the law firm management software of the law firm Wilde Beuger Solmecke.
