Funding Information:
LegalOn is built by and for lawyers, founded in Japan by two corporate lawyers to make contract review faster and more accurate. LegalOn launched in the United States in 2023.

Their latest funding of ¥13,700,000,000 was raised in June 2022 from a Series D round led by Goldman Sachs Asset Management, HongShan, Mitsubishi UFJ Capital, Mizuho Capital, SoftBank Vision Fund, and WiL (World Innovation Lab).
