LegalMation is an purpose-built, end-to-end dispute resolution automation platform. 

LegalMation generates responses to complaints and discovery requests, creating responses within minutes, while providing multiple ways to enable the legal team to generate draft answers/responses quickly, leveraging the base of knowledge already contained in the firm’s document management systems. They also enable responses to demand letters (including EEOC and other governmental complaints) and Subpoenas, as well as outgoing case-specific written discovery, and various other case-initiating documents.  

In addition, LegalMation analyzes Deposition Transcripts for summarization, inconsistencies and other case specific needs for litigators. LegalMation also leverages its Complaint Response tool to extract deep details desired by firms for case analytics and pricing purposes. When combined with Billing and Settlement data, this platform provides a powerful vehicle to enabling Business Development teams to respond to RFP’s in a fraction of the time, and enables litigation teams to better prepare for cases via granular analysis of historic performance both of their teams and their plaintiff firm adversaries.

LegalMation has raised a total of $18.5M in funding over 2 rounds. Their latest funding of $15M was raised in October 2023 from a Series A round led by Aquiline Capital Partners, and 6 other investors, for the purpose of further innovating on their Generative AI offerings.
