Overview

Leah is an AI-powered legal assistant designed to help legal, procurement, and contracting teams perform routine and complex tasks more efficiently. Underlying Leah is Leah AgenticOS, an operating system for agentic AI that provides a unified infrastructure for creating, orchestrating, and governing intelligent agents across enterprise functions.

Key Features and Functions include:

Document Drafting
Leah assists in generating contracts, legal documents, and summary text from guided inputs, enabling users to produce drafts more quickly with context-aware structure and language.

Contract Review & Redlining
Leah analyzes contracts, flags risk language, suggests revisions, and provides redlined edits consistent with legal playbooks or internal rules.

Data Extraction & Analysis
Leah can parse multiple documents to extract key clauses, obligations, and metadata for downstream reporting, benchmarking, or compliance oversight.

Legal Helpdesk & Conversational Interface
Leah can serve as a self-service legal assistant interface (helpdesk), answering queries from non-legal stakeholders based on the organization’s knowledge base.

Visualization & Analytics
Provides dashboards, trend analysis, risk heat maps, and insights into contract portfolios and usage of the AI assistant itself.

Agent Creation & Orchestration (via AgenticOS)
Through AgenticOS, users can build custom AI agents, compose multi-step workflows, and coordinate agent interactions across functions like legal, procurement, finance, and HR.

Governance, Compliance & Explainability
AgenticOS embeds governance and control layers, providing auditability, traceability, configurable safeguards, and compliance guardrails over the agents’ actions and data usage.

Flexible Deployment
Leah AgenticOS supports multiple deployment modes—including SaaS (multi-tenant cloud), private cloud (dedicated instances), and on-premises—so clients can choose based on regulation, control, and data sovereignty needs.

Integration & Ecosystem
Leah is designed to connect with systems of record (e.g. CRM, ERP, HR, CLM) to ingest, update, and act upon enterprise data.

Agent Experimentation (“Leah Labs”)
A sandbox or experimentation layer is available for testing new agents or workflows before deploying them broadly.

USE CASES:

In June 2025, ContractPodAI announced the availablity of the Leah Tariff Agent.  It is designed to help corporations manage contract exposure related to tariffs, sanctions, and global trade regulations. It enables users to identify and assess tariff-related provisions within contracts, supporting timely legal action and risk mitigation. The tool offers visibility into evolving trade conditions to help organizations protect their contractual rights and maintain business continuity.
