Hyperlex is a French legal technology company that was founded in 2017 and that was acquired by DiliTrust in 2022. DiliTrust, also French, was founded in 2005 and is a leading player in legal and corporate governance including entity management. The company has a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that uses artificial intelligence to manage and analyze contracts and other legal documents. 

The company serves a range of sectors, including legal, procurement, and finance, helping them to effectively manage contracts, ensure compliance, and extract key information from documents. Hyperlex's software can automatically sort and index contracts, extract relevant data, generate alerts for important dates (such as renewal or termination), and conduct risk analysis.

Hyperlex differentiates itself by focusing on contract analysis and management. Its use of AI for deep learning allows for efficient analysis of a large volume of contracts and extraction of meaningful data.
