Playbook-Based Contract Guidance
DraftPro includes playbook functionality that embeds an organization’s drafting standards and negotiation guidance directly into the contract creation and review workflow. The system applies standardized clause guidance across agreements, automatically identifies potential issues based on internal drafting standards, and helps maintain consistency across teams and offices. By surfacing preferred language, fallback positions, and deviations from company standards during drafting and review, the playbook capability enables faster contract turnaround while preserving institutional knowledge and quality controls

Overview
DraftPro leverages AI to help streamline contract drafting, specifically giving users the ability to create and auto-populate templates, insert new language and track changes within contracts and access clause libraries. The platform was trained on more than 600 types of clauses and can support different languages, including French, German and Japanese.
Features of DraftPro include:
AI-Assisted Contract Drafting
DraftPro uses artificial intelligence to identify and suggest previously approved language from an organization’s document repository. These suggestions can be incorporated into new agreements, enabling faster drafting while promoting consistency across contracts.
Clause Library Built from Existing Agreements
The system creates a clause library derived from an organization’s existing agreements. DraftPro adapts these clauses to the type of contract being created, helping ensure that appropriate provisions and preferred wording are used.
Microsoft Word Integration
DraftPro integrates directly with Microsoft Word, allowing users to edit documents, track changes, and receive AI-generated suggestions without leaving the Word environment. This enables legal teams to continue working within established drafting workflows.
Natural Language Queries
Users can interact with DraftPro using natural language prompts to find clauses, summarize documents, or assist with creating new contracts, making it easier to locate relevant language without navigating complex legal terminology.
Contract Workflow Visibility and Analytics
The platform provides built-in analytics and task management capabilities that allow teams to track activity, assign responsibilities, balance workloads, and maintain visibility across agreements and drafting workflows.
Integration with Business and Productivity Tools
DraftPro can connect with common office and enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Office and Google applications, enabling coordination with vendor management, customer tracking, and contract-related tasks across systems.
