Docket Alarm is a docket and analytics research platform that offers a full spectrum of services, designed by and for litigators. Users may set up alerts to track ongoing cases and be notified of new litigation, be notified of upcoming deadlines, or research our database of hundreds of millions of briefs, motions, complaints and other documents.

Additional features include Docket Alarm’s API that allows programmers to create custom applications of docket data and the Analytics Workbench – a one-of-a-kind platform for creating customized legal analytics. Users define the set of cases that will be analyzed, and the rules and outcomes that the analytics will visualize.

Docket Alarm, founded by Michael Sander, was acquired by Fastcase in 2016. Fastcase merged with vLex in 2023.
