Common Paper

Common Paper creates standard, open-source contracts for commercial transactions, including NDAs, DPAs, and sales agreements. These are analogous to the SAFE, but are between customers and vendors rather than investors and startups. Common Paper also provides a solution for managing contract workflow from drafting to signature, including sales agreements, non-disclosure agreements, compliance, and more, in order to shorten sales cycles and make dataeasily accessible through computer programming.

Common Paper is a startup that has raised two rounds, including investments led by Y Combinator, boldstart ventures, and Uncork Capital.
