AI Hour
Cicero has developed the concept of an AI Hour, a timekeeping unit measuring the time it would take a human to complete a job against the time it takes the AI to do it, and then building the cost of the AI into the price of the work so that it can be charged to clients in a way that makes sense. Throughout the Cicero platform, as users undertake work, indicators show how long it would take a human to undertake the equivalent task the AI is performing, demonstrating in real time the value of the platform. Cicero's model then also provides support for firms in helping them create a billing and pricing model that allows the firm to share the productivity gains as costs savings to clients (with prices that still include a fee for the AI license), while making more money overall.
Cicero is powered by privately hosted lanugage models from Meta and Mistral.
It is currently available in Australia with plans to launch in United States in late 2024/early 2025.
