CE Manager is a continuously updated LMS and CLE tracking system and monitors attorney CLE and CPD compliance in over 400 jurisdictions worldwide. CE Manager has a compliance team that monitors CLE rules and provides summaries that are easy to read.

The product was previously known as CE Manager by Micron Systems. Micron Systems, founded in 1992, was based in the New York area and developed talent management software for law firms and accounting firms. Litera acquired Micron Systems in 2022, and has a suite of talent management products including CE Manager (a Learning Management System), LawCruit (streamlining the hiring process), Top Performance, and Objective Manager. Litera Microsystems is a leading provider of software in the legal and life sciences industries. Litera Microsystems was formed in 2017 out of the merger of Microsystems, The Sackett Group, and Litéra Corp., with a portfolio of market-leading products for document drafting. It is currently owned by HgCapital Trust plc, a UK private equity company, and has made numerous recent acquisitions to expant its portfolio and capabilities. Microsystems was originally founded in 1995 and Litera in 2001.
