Assemble-It is a document assembly and clause library application in Word’s task pane, providing the ability to drop legal content from the task pane into any Word document.   Content is organized into Clause Libraries, which can be shared or personal, and can include Q&A scripts for content selection.  Assemble-It is integrated with MatterLink for variable data to be placed in documents.

Assemble-It is part of the modular BEC CoreRelate suite which also includes Word templates and formatting (LegalBar), case management (MatterLink) and docketing/legal calendaring (Docket Enterprise.)  Our solutions consolidate, organize, and simplify access to matter information for scheduling and use in documents. The modules rely on a shared SQL database; they can be implemented together or separately.
