adoor is the central platform connecting conveyancers, estate agents, mortgage brokers, surveyors, removals companies and home buyers and sellers.
adoor connects to their existing systems to keep everyone in sync with progress. They also help do more of the work with partnerships with Search, Survey, ID & AML check providers, so everything is in one place for the property and the clients. Current integrations include: LEAP, Thirdfort, Elan Convey, AnyVan, Connells Survey & Valuation, Property Data Trust Framework (PTDF), Legalito, Veya, and Just Move In.
adoor is made up of 4 main products:
Track
The core feature, Track, allows each user to track the progress of their matter and the rest of the chain whenever they want. This brings greater clarity and transparency for everyone involved. Whenever a milestone is updated, everyone receives the update automatically. No need to email or call to update as well.
All users can see the milestones both for their property, as well as any other connected sale or purchase. The Chain is built automatically by adoor, but you can also manually add a property up/down the chain if you are aware of them.
Milestones can be updated by the respective user. Most are updated by the estate agent or conveyancer, but some are specifically updated by the mortgage broker or home buyer/seller. You can also request an update on a task and this gives the person responsible a nudge rather than interrupting their flow by chasing for an update. adoor also sends reminders ahead of a due date so the property professionals can update their client or mark that step as complete. Again all to reduce the need to chase.
Property Details Page
Each property on adoor has a Property Details Page that acts as a hub for that property. This is where the users can invite the other stakeholders, complete the upfront property information to complete property information forms like that TA6, TA7 or TA10.
Users can also instruct ID verification, AML and proof of funds checks, instruct Property Searches, Surveys and manage pre-contract enquiries all in one place on adoor. Home buyers and sellers are also able to add the dates they can’t exchange or complete on, potentially saving weeks of back/forth trying to find the dates that work.
adoor also have a statistics section that shows how quickly the transaction is progressing vs. other properties within the users company.
Know-How
Know-How provides concise and easy-to-follow guides for each stage of the house-moving process. Estate agents and conveyancers often encounter these questions daily, so Know-How relieves them of this time-consuming task. Movers can quickly find the answers they need without needing to call/email, ensuring a smoother experience for all.
Move Planner
Their latest feature, Move Planner, assists Movers in organising and managing all their tasks leading up to the big move. From packing and arranging insurance and utilities to taking final meter readings and more, Move Planner keeps everything in one place. By offering this comprehensive planning tool within the same platform as their actual move, Movers can stay organised and reduce the likelihood of issues on completion day.
