Lucy has over 30 years experience in the legal profession, initially as a practising lawyer and subsequently as a KM and Innovation professional. She is widely recognised as high profile knowledge, information and innovation leader with a track record of combining knowledge with tech and project management to improve performance in global law firms. Lucy is a frequent commentator, writer and speaker on legal tech, innovation and knowledge, in both Europe and the US.
During her career, Lucy has worked alongside her IT colleagues to implement new DMS systems and has overseen a number of upgrades. Her areas of focus have been: attorney requirements gathering and implementation, development of governance and security policies and designing DMS solutions for knowledge storage, retrieval and sharing.
