Marlene Gebauer is the Assistant Director of Innovation-Americas at Mayer Brown, LLP. Previously a successful practicing lawyer, Marlene transitioned into a legal innovation professional and over the course of her career has had roles in analytics, research, knowledge management, litigation support, docketing, outreach and education, data governance, procurement and licensing. She is an innovation leader, focusing on identifying and delivering solutions that are key to the business success of clients and attorneys. 

Marlene is the co-host of the award-winning podcast, The Geek in Review, an ABA Women of Legal Tech recipient and FastCase 50 recipient. Marlene received her BA from Syracuse University, her MLIS from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, and her JD from Case Western University School of Law.
