SYKE helps law firms and large organizations choose, buy, and implement legal technology. SYKE offers advice on the selection, deployment, and management of legal tech tools to streamline operations and improve efficiency. One of the core areas of their expertise is in contract technology. They assist clients in adopting and integrating contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems, AI contract analysis tools, and other related technologies. SYKE supports the integration of legal technology solutions with clients’ existing systems and processes and ensure seamless interoperability and data flow. Their team of legal engineers helps in automating legal processes, developing and deploying legal bots, and creating custom solutions to address specific legal operation challenges.

In August 2023, Consilio announced that it has come to an agreement to acquire Lawyers On Demand (LOD) and SYKE. Consilio is based in Washington, DC and was founded in 2002.
