MyMotionCalendar.com (part of VortexLegal) is a specialty staffing firm that provides a platform for law firms and corporate legal departments to access a network of local attorneys who can appear on demand at hearings on their behalf. The company was founded in 2010 by a group of lawyers and technology professionals who saw the need for a more efficient and cost-effective way for law firms and corporate legal departments to handle hearings. MyMotionCalendar specializes in providing attorneys on demand at any courthouse nationwide. They have attorneys for all types of motion calendar, calendar call, hearing, mediation, deposition, and even document review projects. Their network of  coverage attorneys is comprised of lawyers who specialize in all different practice areas, including bankruptcy, foreclosure, evictions, collections, insurance, family, criminal and many other practice areas.

The MyMotionCalendar platform also provides law firms and corporate legal departments with access to a variety of features that make it easy to manage their hearing schedules, including:

  • Hearing calendaring: MyMotionCalendar's hearing calendaring feature allows law firms and corporate legal departments to easily add hearings to their calendars. The platform also provides reminders for upcoming hearings.
  • Attorney search: MyMotionCalendar's attorney search feature allows law firms and corporate legal departments to search for attorneys by location, practice area, and experience.
  • Attorney booking: MyMotionCalendar's attorney booking feature allows law firms and corporate legal departments to book attorneys to appear at hearings.
  • Hearing management: MyMotionCalendar's hearing management feature allows law firms and corporate legal departments to track their hearing schedules and manage their hearing expenses.
